Here I Am

They say you don’t choose your path, it chooses you. That has certainly been true for me. After years of conforming to fit in and hustling to earn my worth, I found myself attached to knowing the taste of success, but detached from knowing my unique value.

With that awakening, I made the decision to put my title down and exchange it for purpose and meaning. Surrendering into some committed and deep SOUL work, I began healing my relationship with who I am and returning home to my true self. And so, with life as my teacher, I’ve gathered the wisdom, humility and courage to step into the difference I was born to make – Activating Hearts. The place where true belonging is sourced.

I am honored to be a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator: A courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown that supports leaders in moving from armored to daring leadership. I am also the Chief Truth-Teller of Medicine Drops.

My street and work cred includes two decades of executive leadership experience at Nike and service as President of an award winning leadership development company focused on growing the Whole Person - head, heart, and body.

I live with my wife and our highly opinionated, yet cuddly four-legged kids in Palm Springs California, traditional homeland of the Cahuilla peoples.
