Revitalizing
In the midst of massive uncertainty, while witnessing the collapse of a norm that was never just or equal or balanced, I have been turning toward silence to flush out wisdom.
Journeying inward…revitalizing…strengthening my internal space so I may stay connected to the universal space. Basically, how is it possible to see the worst of humanity (hateful - divisive - destructive - judgmental AF) while maintaining my ability to stay open, teach and heal? Breathe.
Returning to the sacred pause in my heart - accompanied by some fierce holding from my Grandmothers, an ancient oak tree, the spirit alive in water and my teacher Amita - I started to see that I have a right to exist because I was given life. I have been planted here to fulfill a purpose - one that only I can honor.

I’m learning that my unique medicine is in service of my soul’s sacred contract. What does that mean? No more hustling for approval. I’m not here to make you comfortable, I’m here to speak truth. I will say “hell no” to work that isn’t in alignment with my values. I know that I have a responsibility to pass on wisdom and sacred traditions my Grandmothers are teaching me before someday returning back to the spirit world. Before that happens, I’ve got some work to do.
