They say you don’t choose your path, it chooses you. That has certainly been true for me. After a lifetime of hustling to be liked, proving and performing, I found myself knees to the ground in the arena. Successful, but at the expense of self-actualization and self-expression. I put down my title and exchanged it for purpose. Coming home to the landscape of my heart, I began healing my relationship with who I am and returning to my true self. Years later, I find myself humbled and bravely owning my Divine Mission - holding space for truth and courage to arise as people remember who they are and know their worth. And, I’ve never been more at peace in my heart, inspired to serve and courageous with my actions. Here I Am.

I am the founder of Grace Sisterhood Circles, Medicine Drops maker and Chief Storyteller for Dirty Bird Diaries. All are inward facing journeys designed to heal hearts, tap into the wisdom of inner-knowing and activate courage.

To support individuals, teams and organizations in moving from armored leadership to daring leadership, I am a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator: A courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

My street and work cred includes two decades of high-level leadership experience at Nike. Most recently I was the President of a Whole Person Leadership Development company that delivers award winning behavior change programs inside mission-driven companies that make the world we live in better.

In all the work I do, my commitment is to normalize our shared humanity and create brave spaces where we can all be heard, valued and seen - just as we are.

When I’m not doing my own work on becoming the person I came here to be, you can find me in Palm Springs spending time with my beloved four-leggeds, renovating mid-century modern homes with my wife and singing Johnny Cash songs at the top of my lungs.
